NEW FOR FY2015 FCC FORM 471
- If you are using a Windows Operating System computers, please use Internet Explorer versions 9 or 10;
or the most current version of Firefox, or Chrome. If you are using a Mac, we suggest using the most current version of Safari.
- Use the navigation options provided on each page of the online form rather than
the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons on your browser or the 'Enter' key.
- Clear your Internet cache and your temporary Internet files before you begin. If
you will be submitting multiple forms, clear your Internet cache after each form.
- Turn off your pop-up blocker or set your browser to allow pop-ups in order to receive
valuable warnings and error messages.
FOR FY2015 FORMS 470, 472, and 486:
- Use Internet Explorer versions 6.x through 9.x. Other browsers may cause errors.

- When you file a Form 486 or a Form 472, make sure the funding year, FCC Form 471
application number, SPIN and FRN all match.
